Returns & Exchanges

At Vita Plus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vita Plus account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
